About Us
We are a non-profit Venezuelan organization dedicated to the promotion, performance and diffusion of Latin American music in all of its diversity.
Our mission as an organization is to bring the art of music to all areas of society and to help bring people together from all stages in life. A journey that originally started in Venezuela a few years back turned into a dream and later became a reality when we opened our operations centre in Toronto on November 25, 2018.
Our vision for the future is to showcase our culture through the art of music not only to the Hispanic community but also to the Anglo-Saxon community and other cultures throughout Canada and the world.
We strive to bring the art of music to all areas of society and to help bring people together from all stages in life. Our mission is to showcase our Latin American roots and bring together people from all cultures, religions and communities in Canada.
JJ Galenos Music, known as “El Galeno de la Música” (“The Music Healer”), is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter who has dedicated his career to conveying authentic emotions and messages of life through music. His artistic vision is born from passion and a deep commitment to art as a means of inspiration and healing, always carrying an identity strongly rooted in Latin American culture.
Throughout his journey, JJ Galenos has explored and fused various genres that showcase his versatility and musical richness. His repertoire includes romantic ballads, bolero, Latin pop, and salsa, as well as the traditional rhythms of Venezuelan music, with a special focus on gaita zuliana, joropo, and other native styles that embody the essence of his homeland. This diversity makes him an artist capable of connecting with audiences across generations, bringing together tradition and modernity in every performance.
Active on digital platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, JJ Galenos Music continues to expand his international presence, sharing his artistic vision with a growing audience. His music is a reflection of identity, roots, and emotions, which has allowed him to stand out as an original voice in the Latin American music scene.
With every project, JJ Galenos reaffirms his mission: to use music as a bridge that unites cultures, heals hearts, and keeps tradition alive while embracing new forms of expression.
